User Accounts

Registration

• You must be 18+ years old to use our platform
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Types

• Customer Accounts: For businesses seeking marketing services
• Provider Accounts: For marketing professionals offering services

For Customers

Service Orders

• Provide accurate project information and requirements
• Communicate clearly with selected providers
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Provide necessary assets and access for service delivery
• Review and approve deliverables within specified timeframes

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through secure escrow
• Funds are released upon delivery approval or dispute resolution
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and dispute process
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

For Providers

Service Delivery

• Deliver services as described and within agreed timeframes
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Provide regular updates on project progress
• Ensure all work is original and complies with applicable laws
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Provider Responsibilities

• Accurately represent your skills, experience, and capabilities
• Comply with platform policies and community guidelines
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
• Maintain appropriate licenses and certifications

Payments and Fees

Platform Fees

• Service fees are deducted from payments to providers
• Fee structures are clearly displayed before transactions
• Payment processing fees may apply
• Cryptocurrency transaction fees are separate

Supported Payments

• Cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins)
• Credit/debit cards
• Bank transfers (where available)
• Other payment methods as offered

Content and Intellectual Property

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and upload
• You grant us license to use content for platform operations
• You must have rights to all content you share
• Content must comply with our community guidelines

Work Product

• Ownership of work product is determined by agreement between parties
• Default ownership typically transfers to customer upon payment
• Providers may retain portfolio rights unless otherwise agreed

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
• Circumvent platform fees or payment systems
• Share false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings
• Use the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Promote illegal financial schemes or securities violations

Dispute Resolution

Process

• First attempt direct resolution between parties
• Escalate to platform mediation if needed
• Final disputes may be subject to arbitration
• Platform decisions on disputes are binding

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available for undelivered or significantly deficient services
• Partial refunds may apply for partially completed work
• Cryptocurrency transaction fees are non-refundable
• Refund decisions are at platform discretion

Platform Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or other operational needs.

We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Liability Limitation

Termination

Users may close their accounts at any time, subject to completion of outstanding orders and settlement of any disputes.

Changes to Terms
